This retreat is for moms who have a meditation practice in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, attend a Thich Nhat Hanh sangha, or have some exposure to the practice through a retreat or Day of Mindfulness.
Dates: Nov 4th – 6th, 2016 (Friday arrival 2:00, Sunday closing 1:30)
Location: Private Residence in the beautiful Ojai Valley, CA at the base of the Los Padres National Forest. Approx 1.5 hours north of LAX Airport.
Food: All snacks + meals provided. Vegetarian, mostly organic with vegan and gluten-free options. Nourishing meals created for us by Meredith Klein of Pranaful.
Lodging: Shared room in Rustic Farmhouse, Shared RV, Shared Tent, Solo Tent
