SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Dharma Mamas is currently seeking work by women on the topic of mothering & motherhood who are committed to a mindfulness-based practice and/or meditation practice.

Dharma Mamas publishes work by women with a solid mindfulness practice that informs their experiences as a woman and mother. Our core focus is on how women and mothers weave mindfulness into daily life. Dharma Mamas is a blog for mindful mothers, but it is not solely a parenting blog. We publish articles on mindfulness practices, parenting, family life, relationships, work, self-care, sisterhood, wellness and healing, and more, as well as book reviews and “how to” topics—all created by and for mamas seeking balance and calm. We at Dharma Mamas have been deeply moved by the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and are interested in contributions that speak to his teachings. Learn more about Thich Nhat Hanh.
