The Dharma Mamas Retreat will offer space for you to nourish your soul, strengthen your practice, deepen your self-care, and connect to a tribe of mindful mamas.

Rooted in Thich Nhat Hanh’s Vietnamese Zen tradition, this retreat is open to all moms who have a meditation practice or attended meditation classes, sanghas, and/or retreats.



Dates:  Nov 3rd – 5th, 2016
(Friday arrival 4:30, Sunday closing 1:30)

Private Residence in Newton Highlands, MA near a 67-acre woodsy park.
Approx 30-45 minutes from Boston Logan Airport.
Accessible by public transportation and free on-street parking.

Food: All vegetarian meals will be catered by Siva from Walnut Grille.

Lodging: Shared and private rooms.

Cost: $150 for food, lodging and retreat. (Transportation not included.)

Sliding scale available if needed. 

Dana will be collected separately for teachers.

Size: This retreat is limited to 12 participants.
